SR – 555 – SYNTHETIC RUBBER ADHESIVE SR-555
SR-555 is a solvent borne, synthetic rubber based adhesive. SR-555 is a general purpose adhesive It binds a variety of porous and nonporous surfaces including, PVC cloth, natural and polychloroprene rubber, hard boards, wood metal and painted surfaces.
- Prepare the surfaces to be bonded by roughing or cleaning as required
- Applications of adhesives can be carried out by brush, scraper or press equipment.
- Allow adequate drying time. Bring the two surfaces together using as much pressure as possible.

TTP 1000 is a solvent borne, synthetic rubber based adhesive is mainly used for attaching synthetic grass to Concrete to build sports stadiums. It has a good tack opening time.

- Applications of adhesives can be carried out by brush, scraper or press equipment.
- Allow adequate drying time. Bring the two surfaces together using as much pressure as possible.

CSR – 6800 SYNTHETIC RUBBER ADHESIVE CSR – 6800
CSR 6800 is a solvent borne, synthetic rubber based adhesive CSR 6800 is mainly used in footwear manufacture and upholstery applications. It binds a variety of porous, non-porous surfaces including leather, PVC cloth, natural and synthetic rubbers, hard boards, wood, metal and certain painted surfaces, making it suitable as multipurpose adhesive. It has a good tack opening time.

DS 9069 – BOSFLEX DS 9069
BOSFLEX DS 9069 is a single component solvent based multipurpose polyurethane adhesive designed for various application. Preliminary tests before production are recommended.

- Pot Life Pot – life of adhesive is 24 hours at 30% solids in a tightly closed package and 8 hours at 35% solids.
- Curing Time – The laminate should be stored at a temperature between 20 and 35° C and humidity between 60 – 90 %. After processing laminate should be stored for a minimum period of 24 hours before further processing.
- Unit Cleaning – Alcohol is used for units equipped with rubber rolls. For steel rolls, Ethyl acetate or MEK can be used
