It is a performance water based PU coating designed for use on floors where high abrasion resistance is required. It is a blend of water – borne aliphatic polyurethane in combination with colour pigments along with special additives for long lasting properties.
COVERAGE – Bostoprime PU 1 Lts will cover 16sq.m/coat, Scratch caot 1kg cover 12sq.m/coat.
Coverage depends on the substrate porosity, ambient temperature
PACKAGING – Bostoprime PU – 1 & 5 Liters, Scratch Coat – 5Kg (Base 4.2 KG & Hardener 0.8KG)
Weather / UV stable, easy hand mixing, excellent dirt pick-up resistance, easy to clean, chemical & abrasion resistant, balanced breathability, low VOC/Low odour, flexibility at low temperature, water repellency. Not based on silicone & has excellent recoatability, superior water scrub resistance, wet adhesion properties. Can be steam cleaned.
Production facilities & warehouses, Industrial Flooring for light to medium duty conditions, Electronic assembly units, Textile industries, Computer rooms, Laboratories etc. Over concrete surface to apply two coats of Bostoprime PU followed by two coats of Scratch coat.
